Educational Programmes
Operating in the heart of our community, we work with local employers to provide opportunities for jobs and careers.
Our employment academy is dedicated to getting people of all ages into meaningful employment and help with job security and career progression.
Recently, LMUCC has linked up with a National Training Provider to bring these opportunities for the local residents who are currently out of work or not in education.
Traineeships
A traineeship is a skills development programme that is an alternative to college and includes a work placement.
Traineeships help 16 to 18 year olds with an education and an employment plan to get ready for an apprenticeship or further education if you yet don't have the skills or experience needed.
Traineeships can help you to get real work experience, job skills and improve your English and Maths skills, giving your career prospects a real jump-start.

Employability Programmes

If you are aged between 19 to 25 and currently unemployed, this could be the programme for you.
We are linked up with a number of local employers who are providing real job opportunities.
On this programme, we will help you with gaining the necessary skills needed to gain employment such as CV building, Job search activities and interview skills
